Hello, my name is Shane Kerr. I am a senior in the design program at California State University, Sacramento. Throughout my journey in design, Sac State has provided me with significant projects that have helped transform my design skills to create quality portfolio pieces.

For the class GPHD140: UX Design, Professor Lauren Kelly gave the cohort the open ability to choose an experience. The requirements are to choose an experience that you attend/attended or physically interact with in person & improve it. For my experience I chose the San Francisco Giants Dugout Store feature of getting a custom jersey made. I have been a Giants fan all my life, & have visited the store many times. This experience is something that I have frequently noticed needs some adjustments & I was ready for the task. This is a new custom experience for San Francisco Giants fans that visit the San Francisco Giants Dugout Store. Noticeably The Jersey Zone is a section of the store that provides customers with advanced touchscreen kiosks, providing easy to use, fast service for anyone who is seeking a player jersey or custom jersey.
